Tea Masters?
Tea masters mean professionals who are in charge
of grading the quality of oolong tea. Even in Fujian Province,
there are only about 20 qualified tea masters. Non-Chinese who
have satisfied very difficult criteria for qualification are
given the title of "honorary" tea masters.
