Fujian Province offers the most suitable natural environment
for the cultivation of tea. In weather terms, the annual average
temperature in the Province is about 18。 Celsius, there is
a big difference between morning and evening temperatures,
and mist tends to form easily. In particular, Mt. Wu Yi Shan
in the Province has been well known as a tea producing area
since the Sung Dynasty. This is the original home of all teas,
including oolong tea, in the world.

to think of Chinese herbal medicine. In fact, tea was also part
of Chinese herbal medicine. Because of its benefits, tea used

serves as an elixir and contributes to prolonging life in numerous
other books. This indicates how people have appreciated the
